Phantom Fluorite with Stepped Cubic Crystals – Inner Mongolia, China | 1.2 kg
One of one
A substantial 1.2 kg phantom fluorite specimen from Inner Mongolia, China, featuring well-preserved cubic crystals with pronounced stepped growth and deep smoky-purple coloration.
Under normal light, the specimen presents a dark, almost graphite-toned surface with subtle violet edges. When backlit, the crystals reveal striking purple translucency, internal zoning and phantom-like growth structures, exposing considerably more depth than is visible from the surface.
The dense cluster of intact, intergrown cubes gives the specimen excellent texture and presence from multiple viewing angles.
